Base Salary
$165k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex SuccessFactors Employee Central application configuration, testing, deployment, support, and release-management activities.
- Provide technical expertise for Position Management, Workflow, RBP, and Business Rules.
- Improve application configuration strategies, support processes, procedures, and release-management practices.
- Manage user communications, application support requests, incidents, and service-level prioritization.
- Monitor application performance and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and manage software-vendor relationships and contracts.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience; the role typically reflects 10 or more years.
- 3 or more years of hands-on SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration experience, including Position Management, Workflow, RBP, and Business Rules.
- Experience leading or serving as the primary technical resource for a multi-country or multi-location SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors APIs and SAP BTP or CPI for system integrations.
