Responsibilities
- Architect and develop core features of the high-scale configuration management system using Go.
- Lead the design of scalable infrastructure automation for Identity and Access Management, Image Distribution, and Virtual Machine Management.
- Eliminate system bottlenecks by devising solutions for performance optimization and automated provisioning.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and implement comprehensive testing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate image deployment frameworks.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Go and a background in systems programming with languages like Rust, Shell, or C/C++.
- Extensive experience in Platform Engineering, specifically with large-scale distributed systems and VM management platforms.
- Technical mastery of Linux systems and experience in automation for configuration management.
- Advanced knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Strategic leadership skills with a proven ability to build and mentor a high-performing engineering culture.
- Willingness to work primarily in-office in Bengaluru.
