Responsibilities
- Build and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Automate deployments and operational workflows through CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor system availability, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Implement observability, alerting, and incident management processes.
- Manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes and EKS.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to improve platform reliability.
Requirements
- Experience with AWS cloud services including EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Route 53, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, and Splunk.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash or shell scripting, Git, Linux/Unix administration, and networking concepts.
- Knowledge of SRE practices including SLI, SLO, SLA, error budgets, incident response, and postmortems.
- Experience with Ansible and configuration management is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
