Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI agents that perform operational work across portfolio companies.
- Identify high-value automation opportunities with portfolio company operators and measure labor savings or productivity gains.
- Build AI-powered products including vertical voice agents, copilots, workflow automation tools, and intelligent documentation systems.
- Own products from prototype through launch, including beta testing and acquisition of initial paying customers.
- Move rapidly from idea to MVP to production and continuously improve products using real-user feedback.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams across multiple portfolio companies and business units.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building and launching products, tools, projects, startups, or side projects.
- Strong working knowledge of AI and machine learning tools, large language models, and agent frameworks.
- Ability to create a functional prototype rapidly from zero.
- Comfort defining ambiguous problems and solutions and a strong bias toward action.
- AI agent, voice agent, workflow automation, vertical SaaS, B2B product, startup, founder, or multi-product-line experience is advantageous.
- A computer science degree, Ivy League credentials, FAANG experience, and formal academic AI/ML research experience are explicitly not required.
- Submit a resume and a 5–10 sentence note describing the first AI agent you would build.
