Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle for scalable GenAI solutions, including analysis, architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Design and prototype agentic workflows, LLM integrations, AI-assisted tooling, RAG pipelines, vector stores, and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- Take a technical leadership role in solving complex engineering challenges and influencing system architecture and design.
- Build, host, and scale cloud-native GenAI inference workloads on AWS.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, UX, and DevOps teams on feature planning and delivery.
- Define and help execute technical strategy, recommend technologies, participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical discussions and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and cross-team coordination.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of software engineering experience with backend development using Python, Spark, Scala, Java, or Spring Boot.
- 3+ years of experience building cloud-native systems on AWS, including Lambda, ECS, S3, and API Gateway.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and secure software architectures, including RAG pipelines, vector stores, and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Hands-on experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, messaging systems such as Kafka and SQS, and integrating LLM APIs or MCP-based tooling.
- Practical knowledge of generative AI concepts and tools, including prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and responsible AI principles.
- Experience building AI-integrated or LLM-backed services for 3+ years is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with MLOps or AI deployment workflows is preferred.
