Responsibilities
- Build and maintain digital products for clients and their customers.
- Apply hands-on software engineering expertise and lead other engineers in delivering effective, low-complexity solutions.
- Advocate for accessibility, security, performance, and caching in software development.
- Lead teams and support the career growth of team members.
- Contribute to internal and regional engineering communities by sharing knowledge and shaping technical discussions.
- Travel to client and partner sites across the UK as needed.
Requirements
- A few years of industry experience with one or more of Java, TypeScript, Python, Go, C#, React, Angular, Vue, or Svelte.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or Pulumi.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or Argo CD.
- Strong coding experience related to accessibility, security, performance, and caching.
- Proven experience leading a team and developing team members’ careers.
- Willingness to travel to client sites throughout the UK and satisfy BPSS and SC security-clearance requirements.
