Responsibilities
- Ship user-facing agent experiences from prototype to production.
- Architect and implement stateful agent systems including workflows and memory.
- Build voice features that enhance user value through real-time interactions.
- Develop an evaluation harness for testing and monitoring agent performance.
- Design data and retrieval pipelines for efficient information access.
- Integrate with and extend platform primitives like Django and Kubernetes.
- Establish engineering rigor for observability and reliability in AI agents.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including design and testing.
- Production experience deploying AI systems in user-facing applications.
- Experience building agentic or LLM-powered systems with memory.
- Comfort working across application and infrastructure layers.
- Hands-on experience with at least one agent framework like LangChain.
- Strong understanding of retrieval and vector search concepts.
