Responsibilities

  • Assess business and technical requirements for T24 enhancements and new modules.
  • Review Temenos technical, integration, functional, and technical specification documents and coordinate with Temenos stakeholders.
  • Manage the lifecycle of project bugs, minor enhancements, application changes, and technical issues.
  • Administer and configure T24 development and test environments, including multi-server high-availability architecture.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize daily, month-end, and year-end Close of Business operations.
  • Deploy and generate BCON packages requested by the environment manager.
  • Design and develop L3 T24 Transact features in accordance with enterprise principles and Temenos coding standards.
  • Propose, document, and align high-level and detailed designs across Temenos layers.
  • Support application rollouts, upgrades, change control, and project execution.
  • Plan and manage technology delivery, analyze delivery metrics, remove impediments, and coordinate internal teams, vendors, and senior resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science.
  • At least 5 years of Temenos T24 experience.
  • At least 3 years of TAFJ experience and 3 years of experience with R17+ versions of T24.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAFe, retail modules—especially Account Arrangement—and web service modules including TWS, TCIB, and IRIS.
  • Deep domain knowledge in lending and/or online retail banking.
  • Strong understanding of cloud deployment types and service models.
  • Hands-on technical problem-solving, solution design, troubleshooting, and issue-resolution skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Preferred experience with T24 Canadian Mobile Banking, Canadian banking or regulated financial services, and database administration.
  • Experience with Atlassian Cloud, including Confluence and JIRA.
