Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the architectural vision for Bizplat's platform systems.
- Drive service consolidation by identifying and migrating redundant services.
- Design and build core platform capabilities for reuse across domains.
- Lead technical planning for high-priority cross-cutting initiatives.
- Set and enforce engineering standards for system design and operational reliability.
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineer teams to ensure reusable capabilities.
- Make architectural trade-offs and communicate them to leadership.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
- Leverage AI to enhance engineering workflows and system design.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5 years in a technical leadership role.
- Deep experience in consolidating complex service architectures.
- Strong systems design and architecture skills.
- Experience with automation, workflow orchestration, or case management systems.
- Track record of driving technical strategy across organizational boundaries.
- Fluency in designing for scalability, reliability, and governance.
- Experience with AI/ML pipeline integration or event-driven architectures.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to write production-quality code.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic decisions.
