Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
Lead architecture reviews and help customers understand how Rogo integrates with their infrastructure.
Advise customers on deployment models, security controls, integration approaches, and compliance requirements.
Partner with Sales on complex enterprise deals by providing architectural guidance and technical validation.
Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, early adoption, product releases, upsells, and ongoing technical reviews.
Diagnose technical issues and coordinate with Engineering to drive resolution.
Proactively address risks and blockers to support long-term customer adoption and expansion.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to represent customer needs and improve the platform.
Translate customer requirements and feedback into technical insights, deployment patterns, best practices, and documentation.

At least 4 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Infrastructure Architect.
Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
Experience with one or more major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, identity and access management, networking, and security best practices.
Ability to lead architecture and security discussions with enterprise technical stakeholders and diagnose systems-level infrastructure and integration challenges.
Strong communication skills, executive presence, organization, ownership, and follow-through.
Ability to manage complex, long-running enterprise engagements and balance technical and business priorities.
Interest in AI, technology, finance, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
