Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during pre- and post-sales engagements.
- Lead architecture reviews to help customers understand Rogo's integration with their infrastructure.
- Collaborate with security and engineering teams to meet customer security and compliance requirements.
- Partner with Sales to support complex enterprise deals with architectural guidance.
- Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and early adoption of Rogo's platform.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable technical insights for product improvement.
Requirements
- 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
- Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
- Experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to manage complex, long-running enterprise engagements.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
