Responsibilities
- Design high-quality prompts for LLM-based agents.
- Build agentic tools and workflows using Netomi’s no-code platform.
- Integrate external and internal APIs, including authentication, data mapping, and error handling.
- Implement unit tests, debug issues, and ensure agent workflow reliability.
- Apply resilient engineering patterns such as retries, timeouts, idempotency, and lazy loading.
- Optimize agents for performance, cost, and fault tolerance.
- Partner with customers and business stakeholders to define solution designs.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Delivery teams to ship production-grade agentic solutions.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM behavior.
- Strong ability to partner with customers and business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable solution designs.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based integrations.
- Solid experience with unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of resilient system design patterns and non-happy-path handling.
- Experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms is preferred.
- Exposure to agentic AI, conversational AI, or workflow orchestration systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with observability and production monitoring is preferred.
