Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, performant Rust services and libraries for trading, payments, and crypto products.
- Write reusable, testable, efficient code for reliable and secure revenue-critical systems.
- Contribute to large-scale distributed-systems architecture and develop resilient, low-latency solutions.
- Debug issues across the OS, network, and application stack.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements and constraints into appropriate system designs.
- Own systems and libraries end to end.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust.
- A security-first approach to system design.
- Ability to debug autonomously across the OS, network, and application layers.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, RPC protocols, Kafka, and event-driven systems.
- Ability to collaborate with product teams and gather requirements and constraints.
- Preferred experience building B2B products, ideally in fintech or crypto.
