Responsibilities
- Partner with business and non-R&D teams to identify workflows, pain points, and opportunities for GenAI and AI agents.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into AI use cases, MVP definitions, solution designs, success metrics, and rollout plans.
- Build and deploy agentic workflows, workflow automations, RAG-based tools, decision-support tools, and internal-system integrations.
- Lead AI solutions from technical feasibility and concept through enterprise-grade production rollout and adoption.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and conduct build-versus-buy analyses focused on scalability, security, and value.
- Build and evolve the enterprise AI technology stack, including LLM orchestration tools and agentic frameworks.
- Run AI training and enablement sessions for technical and non-technical teams.
- Coordinate securely and compliantly across IS, IT, Legal, and Data teams.
- Own enterprise AI platforms and optimize adoption, performance, and measurable business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role such as software engineering, solutions engineering, automation engineering, AI engineering, or business application implementation.
- At least 1 year delivering AI, GenAI, agentic, or automation solutions for business or operational users.
- A demonstrated record of shipping tools, automations, workflows, internal products, or prototypes used by others.
- Hands-on knowledge of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, fine-tuning strategies, AI agents, tool use, human-in-the-loop workflows, evaluations, and responsible AI patterns.
- Experience implementing enterprise GenAI platforms such as Gemini Enterprise or Claude Chat.
- Experience developing agentic workflows with Google ADK, AgentCore, and low-code platforms such as Workato.
- Experience developing go-to-market projects, particularly for sales and marketing, and knowledge of GTM best practices and technology.
- Project management and product management skills, including defining MVPs, prioritizing use cases, and measuring outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder discovery, communication, execution, and training skills.
- Full-stack web development experience and mastery of coding agent tools and vibe coding best practices are advantageous.
