Responsibilities
- Partner with non-R&D and cross-functional teams to identify workflows, bottlenecks, and opportunities for GenAI and AI agents.
- Translate business problems into AI use cases, MVPs, solution designs, success metrics, and rollout plans.
- Lead the lifecycle of GenAI applications and agents from technical feasibility through enterprise production deployment.
- Build and configure agentic workflows, workflow automations, RAG tools, decision-support tools, and internal-system integrations.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and lead build-versus-buy analyses focused on scalability, security, and value.
- Develop the enterprise AI technology stack by scouting and integrating platforms, LLM orchestration tools, and agentic frameworks.
- Coordinate with IS, IT, Legal, and Data teams to integrate AI solutions securely and compliantly.
- Run AI training and enablement sessions for technical and non-technical teams.
- Own enterprise AI platforms, driving adoption, impact measurement, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role such as software engineering, solutions engineering, automation engineering, AI engineering, or business application implementation.
- At least 1 year of experience delivering AI, GenAI, agentic, or automation solutions for business or operational users.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping tools, automations, workflows, internal products, or prototypes that people used.
- Hands-on understanding of the LLM lifecycle, including prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning strategies, AI agents, tool use, human-in-the-loop workflows, evaluations, and responsible AI patterns.
- Experience implementing enterprise GenAI platforms such as Gemini Enterprise or Claude Chat.
- Experience developing agentic workflows using Google ADK, AgentCore, and low-code platforms such as Workato.
- Experience developing go-to-market projects, particularly for sales and marketing, and knowledge of GTM best practices and technology.
- Project management skills and a product management mindset, including MVP definition, prioritization, and outcome measurement.
- Strong stakeholder discovery, communication, ownership, execution, and training skills.
- Full-stack web development experience and mastery of coding agent tools and vibe coding best practices are advantageous.
