Base Salary

$77k - $127k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy scalable business solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Build Salesforce applications for client management, document generation, external data management, business-rule validation, and workflow automation.
  • Integrate Salesforce with existing systems, including MuleSoft, while addressing data accuracy, security, and integration challenges.
  • Review Salesforce license requirements and provide recommendations on licensing models.
  • Create technical designs and advise UI/UX designers on effective Salesforce implementations.
  • Mentor junior Salesforce developers through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Recommend and implement Salesforce enhancements and new functionality while resolving break/fix issues.
  • Perform Salesforce administration, including user and profile management, custom fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support hosted applications through log monitoring, performance analysis, deployment support, and user assistance.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot platform issues, manage incident tickets, and communicate resolutions to end users.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and documenting operational procedures and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience involving complex projects, dashboards, interfaces, and system integrations.
  • Proficiency with JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SOQL.
  • Experience with multi-system architectures and redundancy design principles.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Copado and Jira.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform Builder.
  • Banking or financial-services industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and familiarity with MuleSoft are preferred.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security best practices and data governance is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical stakeholder-collaboration skills.
