Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, product management, and designers to implement improvements and new features.
- Take ownership of the product development lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and advocate for codebase improvements.
- Own the technical roadmap, prioritizing features based on technology and user needs.
- Conduct technical exploration to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Define and track key performance indicators for products.
- Lead engineering efforts for product launches and post-launch strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building scalable backend systems and complex infrastructure.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and assist in product scoping and discovery.
- Experience architecting services using well-accepted design patterns.
- Skilled in leading projects from conception to completion.
- Strong experience in diagnosing and preventing performance problems.
- Experience in financial transaction systems and payment infrastructure is a plus.
