Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand feature requirements and testing needs.
- Develop and execute test cases for new mobile features and product releases.
- Create test plans covering scope, strategy, and risk areas for major releases.
- Identify, document, and track defects while supporting investigation and resolution.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release.
- Communicate testing progress and quality status to stakeholders.
- Contribute to maintaining the overall quality of the Jabra Enhance Select mobile application.
- Improve quality processes and investigate alternative testing techniques.
Requirements
- Background in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive experience testing native mobile applications on both iOS and Android.
- Understanding of mobile development environments, testing tools, and UI testing practices.
- Ability to investigate issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity features.
- Clear communication and effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with qTest, Jira, Amplitude, Figma, Proxyman, and ADB or similar tools is beneficial.
