Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery, solution strategy, architecture assessments, roadmap development, implementation planning, and optimization for SAP NS2 HCM solutions.
- Define and validate secure HCM application, data, integration, security, and access architectures across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Advise customers on SuccessFactors Employee Central and related talent, recruiting, learning, workforce analytics, and payroll capabilities.
- Support pre-sales activities including proposal development, RFP responses, demonstrations, solution presentations, and customer advisory engagements.
- Facilitate workshops and architecture reviews while communicating solution options, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with delivery, security, engineering, operations, product, and sales teams on design decisions and critical customer situations.
- Develop reusable architecture patterns, strengthen the HCM services portfolio, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success as an SAP SuccessFactors HCM Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or trusted advisor on complex customer transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and multiple HCM domains such as Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Goals, Succession, Workforce Analytics, or Employee Central Payroll.
- Ability to design and communicate end-to-end HCM application, data, integration, security, and access architectures across SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities including discovery, solution strategy, proposals, RFP responses, demonstrations, or solution presentations.
- Strong workshop facilitation, written communication, and presentation skills for advising senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cloud security, data protection, and compliance considerations in regulated customer environments.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for customer access.
- Experience with SAP HCM on-premise, S/4HANA, or hybrid HCM landscapes is valued.
