Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of software features, systems, and products.
- Develop efficient and reliable technology with a customer-first mindset.
- Design and maintain the technology stack and adopt or create tools as needed.
- Identify and promote engineering best practices and technical standards.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers.
- Measure feature effectiveness, address performance issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and designers on cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles.
- Expertise with modern software tools, libraries, and programming languages, including experience delivering production code at scale.
- Product and customer focus with an emphasis on improving the end-user experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively and support team leadership and cross-functional partnerships.
