Responsibilities
- Collaborate on and lead complex technical projects while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Improve code quality, workflows, and engineering practices through frontend initiatives and technical discussions.
- Write automated tests and collaborate with the QA team to produce robust code.
- Use artificial intelligence tools to improve workflow efficiency and code quality.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and guide best-practice adoption.
- Optimize frontend performance and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their technical and career development.
- Foster an inclusive culture of engineering excellence and technical curiosity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Extensive experience with TypeScript, the React ecosystem, and modern state management libraries; Next.js experience is a plus.
- Strong expertise in CSS/SASS, modern CSS frameworks, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with frontend performance optimization and monitoring.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and API integration patterns.
- Ability to anticipate business impact and technical risks.
- Proven ability to influence technical decisions and drive change through leadership or influential work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with engineers at all levels.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, design patterns, testing methodologies, and agile development processes.
