Responsibilities
- Run discovery across clients’ business processes, platforms, and underlying data.
- Develop AI rollout plans with client executives and prioritize initiatives.
- Build proofs of concept for custom AI-powered business applications.
- Lead follow-on architecture, implementation, testing, security, infrastructure-as-code, and production delivery in client cloud environments.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for client sponsors and lead one or two client engagements at a time.
- Unblock teams, improve delivery practices, coach OCI engineers, scope new work, and build reusable engagement accelerators.
Requirements
- Experience using generative AI coding tools as a primary development approach and shipping working business applications with them.
- Ability to read and evaluate Python or TypeScript code and strong depth in at least one of application development, data engineering, or cloud, with architectural strength across all three.
- Technical leadership on at least two systems that went live and remained operational, ideally in a regulated industry.
- Hands-on large language model experience beyond demos, including retrieval, evaluation, agents, or tool use.
- Ability to conduct business discovery and turn findings into an executive-funded plan.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with executives.
- Experience leading engineers without formal authority and helping teams overcome blockers.
