Base Salary
$230k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship full-stack products across the insurance lifecycle.
- Build AI-native underwriting systems to synthesize risk and assist decision-making.
- Create claims tooling that automates review and document processing workflows.
- Develop internal operational platforms for managing healthcare spend.
- Build member-facing products that integrate conversational AI and real-time workflows.
- Design systems that improve reliability and operational performance.
- Work with operational teams to identify bottlenecks and eliminate manual work.
- Own projects end-to-end, from architecture to production deployment.
Requirements
- Strong experience in building and shipping full-stack products using Python, Postgres, TypeScript, and React/React Native.
- Excellent product and engineering judgment in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to independently own large systems from idea to production.
- High standards for execution, velocity, and code quality.
