Base Salary
$119k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise DevOps strategy, standards, and best practices across engineering teams.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, highly available cloud-native architectures on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Lead Infrastructure as Code adoption with Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Design, deploy, and manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Integrate DevSecOps, security, compliance, vulnerability scanning, and governance controls into delivery processes.
- Establish monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks.
- Drive automation, reliability, scalability, disaster recovery, high availability, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Lead technical reviews, architecture governance, platform modernization, and cloud transformation programs.
- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.
- Define and monitor KPIs, SLIs, SLOs, and operational metrics.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost management while maintaining performance and security.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in cloud computing, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, automation, security, and platform engineering.
- Experience designing and managing enterprise DevOps capabilities and scalable cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containers, monitoring, logging, observability, and DevSecOps practices.
- Ability to lead technical strategy, architecture governance, modernization initiatives, and engineering-team mentoring.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and align solutions with business objectives.
