Responsibilities
- Review and challenge AI solution architectures, including model selection, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, evaluation, guardrails, scalability and cost.
- Identify technical and delivery risks involving data quality, integrations, performance and operational readiness.
- Advise senior client stakeholders on AI feasibility, value, risks and trade-offs.
- Translate customer ambitions into technical requirements, delivery approaches, resource plans, estimates and risk assessments.
- Assess proof-of-concept readiness for production and define remaining requirements.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, data scientists and product specialists.
- Establish scalable engineering and delivery practices, including evaluation, testing, deployment and quality standards.
- Build reusable architecture patterns, assets and delivery frameworks for future AI engagements.
- Represent Accenture Song in client engagements, proposals and market-facing discussions while developing team capability.
Requirements
- Proven experience taking generative AI and agentic solutions from proof of concept into production, including retrieval-augmented generation, LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows or multimodal systems.
- Strong understanding of traditional AI, machine learning, data science and generative AI approaches.
- Experience applying AI to customer growth, personalisation, marketing, commerce, sales or service challenges.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, APIs, system integration, cloud platforms and production monitoring, with sufficient Python ability to review and challenge code.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary AI delivery teams and taking accountability for significant programme outcomes.
- Experience shaping viable technical approaches, delivery plans, resource requirements, estimates, dependencies and risk assessments from ambiguous client goals.
- Experience advising senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders on AI strategy, feasibility, risk, value and delivery.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI, including safety, evaluation, fairness, privacy, security, explainability and human oversight.
- Consulting and commercial experience across client engagements, proposals, business cases, estimates or account growth is preferred.
