Base Salary
$80k - $128k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage canvas and model-driven applications using Power Apps.
- Build multi-step Power Automate workflows with branching, approvals, error handling, integrations, and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and executive dashboards, including DAX measures, automated refreshes, gateway connections, data shaping, row-level security, and workspace governance.
- Integrate Dataverse, Azure AD, external APIs, and other data sources while managing relational data and custom connectors.
- Apply platform naming, security, solution structure, licensing, environment strategy, and application lifecycle management practices.
- Troubleshoot and optimize applications, flows, reports, and data connections.
- Collaborate with business analysts, backend developers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Oversee knowledge management, including SOP creation, storage, sharing, and content lifecycle governance.
- Track and report KPIs for knowledge management and process automation systems.
- Provide training and support to junior Power Platform users and lead cross-functional development initiatives.
- Support customer events and meetings through occasional travel.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with a BS/BA or 9 years of experience with a high school diploma.
- Advanced proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong SQL, Dataverse, troubleshooting, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with role-based security, Power BI row-level security, workspace governance, naming conventions, and platform/environment strategy.
- Have or obtain a favorable Tier 3 investigation.
- Have or obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, such as Security+ CE, before the start date.
- Proof of U.S. citizenship is required for the government contract.
- Prior DHA, Military Health System, or DoD experience is desired.
- Strong communication skills and experience leading cross-functional development initiatives.
