Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle.
- Design and deliver technology architectures that meet performance, capability, scalability, business, and industry-standard requirements.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, make technical decisions, and provide solutions spanning multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and stakeholder feedback.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technology architecture.
- Lead cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives and translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience is required; the posting also specifies at least 10 years in Tech Solution Architecture.
- Proficiency in .NET full-stack development and technology solution architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services, microservices architecture, and design patterns.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- At least 15 years of full-time education is required.
