Base Salary
$100k - $122k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components.
- Build and modernize declarative and programmatic automation using Flow and Apex, including migrating Process Builder logic.
- Extend Salesforce CPQ with custom product rules, pricing rules, approval processes, and CPQ scripts or plugins.
- Design and support APIs, middleware connections, and integrated applications across platforms.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs in collaboration with architects, administrators, and stakeholders.
- Improve user experiences through custom Lightning components, dynamic forms, and advanced page layouts.
- Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain quality, performance, and coverage standards.
- Enforce data quality, security, access controls, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing architecture.
- Document technical designs, code, and processes and support knowledge transfer.
- Own release management activities, including deployment pipelines, version control, and sandbox strategy.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong Apex development experience, including classes, triggers, batch and schedulable jobs.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud data models.
- Strong understanding of the Opportunity sales cycle and sales processes.
- Advanced Salesforce Flow experience and judgment about when to use declarative versus programmatic solutions.
- Experience with large-scale data migrations, integrations, and data quality architecture.
- Experience designing user access models involving sharing architecture, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Experience extending Salesforce CPQ, including custom pricing logic, product rules, and approval process customization, is preferred.
- Agentforce and Data Cloud development experience is a plus.
- Ability to debug complex code and configuration issues, perform root-cause analysis, interpret business requirements, and communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates based in the Eastern Time Zone are preferred.
