Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end features using modern Java stacks.
  • Build and scale APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Design and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Develop across SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
  • Embed GenAI and LLM capabilities into workflows and products.
  • Drive prompt engineering, LLM-assisted testing, and documentation automation.
  • Contribute to CI/CD and observability using GitHub Actions, Prometheus, Datadog, and Splunk.
  • Guide cloud-native, federated data architectures and data contracts.
  • Promote clean code, secure development practices, and modern software development practices.
  • Mentor teams and drive engineering best practices and innovation.

Requirements

  • 13–16 years of full-stack development experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong command of Java and cloud-native application development.
  • Experience with AI-enhanced developer tools and integrating LLM APIs.
  • Deep understanding of DevSecOps, scalable architecture, and performance tuning.
  • Experience mentoring teams and driving engineering best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred experience with data contract standards and federated data tools such as Trino and Starburst.
  • Preferred exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, agentic AI frameworks, skill files, MCP, graph data modelling, RDF, and knowledge graphs.
  • Hackathon, vibe coding, or internal innovation sprint participation is preferred.
  • Cloud, secure coding, or AI/ML certifications are preferred.
  • Experience in the Corporate Actions or Custody domain is preferred.
