Responsibilities
- Design and build production-ready AI/ML architecture blueprints and reference codebases.
- Package repeatable architectures as open-source AI Quickstarts for real-world industry problems.
- Collaborate with external engineering teams and technology partners to validate joint architectures and integrations.
- Build automated testing, evaluation harnesses, system telemetry, and performance benchmarks.
- Incorporate data privacy, secure network perimeters, localized hosting, air-gapped deployment, and compliance requirements into solution designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Exceptional hands-on Python proficiency for machine learning and systems programming.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, testing, CI/CD automation, and Git workflows.
- Familiarity with Go or C/C++ is highly preferred.
- Experience with PyTorch and NLP or vision ecosystems such as Hugging Face Transformers, datasets, and tokenizers.
- Practical experience deploying containerized applications on Kubernetes or enterprise container orchestration platforms.
- Conceptual and hands-on understanding of model serving lifecycles, data ingestion, and automated packaging.
- Experience with distributed computing, workflow orchestration, data parsing, LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, model fine-tuning, model serving runtimes, or hardware optimization is valued.
- Experience in regulated industries, secure data boundaries, edge AI, streaming pipelines, or low-latency architectures is advantageous.
- Clear verbal and written English communication skills for explaining complex technical architectures.
