Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate deployment plans across customer, professional services, and partner teams.
- Onboard implementation teams, clear blockers, manage timelines and progress, and ensure deployment readiness.
- Use coding, debugging, and systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployments.
- Track workload ramp from agreement to consumption and support customers and partners through ramp, delivery, migration, and implementation phases.
- Identify expansion opportunities, drive ongoing product usage, support renewals, and help customers realize value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with deployment planning, orchestration, change management, programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
- Experience engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Preferred experience promoting technical solutions in infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, AI, networking, migrations, or security.
- Preferred experience with Python or Java and using technical skills to remove blockers and accelerate customer deployment.
- Preferred experience working with product and capacity teams, Google Cloud products, and solution development in a fluid digital-native environment.
