Responsibilities
- Design and implement QA strategies and test coverage for Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ modules.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts for CPQ pricing, customization, quoting, approvals, and related workflows.
- Configure and validate product configurations, quote templates, contracts, renewals, and advanced approvals.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define testing requirements and resolve issues.
- Lead root cause analysis, identify QA gaps, and drive continuous quality improvements.
- Troubleshoot complex CPQ issues involving quoting, pricing, and approval workflows.
- Document test results, prepare QA reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and share quality engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience, including substantial hands-on work with Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ solutions.
- Experience with Apttus CPQ Pricing Customization, Product Configuration, and Salesforce CPQ Custom Scripts.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ Multi-Dimensional Quoting, Advanced Approvals, Quote Templates, and Contracts & Renewals.
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and integration.
- Experience with automated and manual QA scripting for CPQ solutions.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Lightning, Aura component development, performance testing, API testing using Postman or SoapUI, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is desired.
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and Apttus CPQ Certification are desired.
