Base Salary
$1200k - $2000k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define QA standards, release criteria, and quality metrics.
- Design, build, and maintain a scalable E2E automated testing framework.
- Validate trading logic including order paths, price impact, and fee calculations.
- Modernize and optimize the existing E2E testing infrastructure.
- Conduct API testing to ensure backend and frontend consistency.
- Perform load and stress testing for high-throughput APIs.
- Design reproducible test environments and test data.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define testable acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of QA experience in web, mobile, or fintech products, with at least 2 years in test automation.
- Proven experience in building E2E testing frameworks like Playwright or Cypress.
- Ability to write test automation code, preferably in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience testing complex transactions.
- Design experience for maintainable automated test suites integrated with CI.
- Self-motivated and able to clarify requirements in ambiguous situations.
- Conversational English proficiency.
- Willingness to learn quickly in unfamiliar domains.
