Responsibilities
- Develop and configure software features according to design documents and enterprise software standards.
- Work with architects and business analysts in multidisciplinary teams using waterfall and agile project methodologies.
- Plan and perform unit and functionality testing to ensure conformance to design.
- Support customers by solving functionality problems.
- Interface independently with R&D, professional services, and customer support groups.
- Occasionally work at client sites or in different time zones.
Requirements
- E/B.Tech degree or relevant practical experience and knowledge.
- High-level English proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Proven experience operating in a global environment.
- Experience working in a complex matrix environment.
- Basic experience with several listed programming, web, operating system, application server, servlet container, and database technologies.
- Solid professional capabilities in the relevant domain and the ability to analyze information and draw conclusions.
- Experience working with multithreading and concurrency.
- Ability to develop or configure enterprise software features with minimal supervision.
