Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand their operational workflows and technical environments.
- Design and implement production-grade solutions across backend services and integrations.
- Write high-quality code across the stack, including TypeScript and APIs.
- Own deployments end-to-end, from discovery to monitoring and iteration.
- Debug complex issues across customer systems and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with Product and Core Engineering to enhance platform capabilities.
- Rapidly prototype new functionality while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Translate ambiguous customer needs into clear technical plans.
- Help customers operationalize AI in production environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building production software systems.
- Comfortable working across backend, infrastructure, and customer environments.
- Ability to independently architect and ship complex systems.
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and applied AI systems in production.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for speed, iteration, and customer impact.
