Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance and SCM implementations.
- Translate client business requirements into scalable, best-practice Oracle Fusion designs.
- Lead fit-gap analysis, solution design workshops, and configuration decisions.
- Provide architectural oversight for integrations, data migration, and reporting workstreams.
- Serve as the senior technical point of contact for client stakeholders and project leadership.
- Mentor junior consultants and support presales through solution demonstrations and proposal input.
- Ensure solutions align with telecommunications industry and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Oracle ERP consulting experience, including at least 8 years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management.
- Experience delivering Oracle Fusion implementations in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong solution architecture experience in fit-gap analysis, design documentation, and integration planning.
- Experience leading or serving in a senior role on at least 3–4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Oracle Fusion Finance and/or SCM certifications are preferred.
- Experience with Oracle EPM, SEA regulatory and tax environments such as GST and Pillar Two/BEPS 2.0, and Big Four or global systems integrator consulting is preferred.
