Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own solutions engineering at Knot.
- Serve as the technical lead during the entire GTM cycle.
- Guide customers through implementation planning and architecture reviews.
- Debug and troubleshoot customer implementations of Knot.
- Identify and rectify customer friction points during SDK & API implementation.
- Design up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with demos and POCs.
- Contribute to technical documentation for onboarding and integration.
- Build tools and features to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- 2-8 years of experience in a startup with 1+ year in a customer-facing role.
- Engineering background with understanding of SDKs, REST APIs, and webhooks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make high-quality decisions.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-stakes environment.
- Relentless drive and resilience in overcoming obstacles.
- Strong judgment in customer interactions.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in the role.
