Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and implement custom SAP software solutions using ABAP for HANA.
- Collaborate with design teams to clarify requirements and review functional designs for technical suitability.
- Lead developers during the build phase and report project status to clients or account leads.
- Manage teams, make technical and team decisions, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure applications meet required standards and functionality.
- Facilitate training and mentor junior team members.
- Monitor project progress and implement adjustments to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of overall SAP ABAP Development experience.
- At least 3 years of SAP S/4HANA ABAP Development experience; the posting also references a minimum of 4 years working with the design team on S/4HANA ABAP solutions.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, CDS Views, CDS Entities, OData, and the RAP Framework.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Implementation experience greater than AMS experience.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
