Responsibilities
- Work with clients and project teams to deliver IRT for randomization and drug supply management.
- Oversee maintenance of IRT systems and manage the support process.
- Lead implementation of system change controls during the maintenance phase.
- Manage design of study data integration specifications between IRT and other eClinical solutions.
- Create data review plans and ensure timely completion of reviews.
- Develop and maintain study FAQ documents for customer care support.
- Create system training materials including manuals and videos.
- Setup IRT system data upon system go-live with client study teams.
- Serve as primary escalation point for complex support issues.
- Distribute support and maintenance reports to internal and client teams.
- Identify trends in support data and implement solutions.
- Assist with process improvements for the services department.
- Provide feedback to the product team for new feature development.
- Support system users in multiple countries via phone and email.
- Train new staff members on Suvoda products and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
