Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and best practices for software quality and maintainability.
- Make decisions for the team and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Design scalable and high-performance data workflows and pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate communication across cross-functional teams on project objectives and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong expertise in enterprise data integration, transformation, and migration.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance data workflows and pipelines.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver business-aligned technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
