Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Engage customer IT and business leaders to design secure, scalable GitHub, Azure, application, data, and AI solutions.
- Lead architecture design, proofs of concept, pilots, production milestones, and end-to-end technical delivery for customer engagements.
- Drive Azure consumption plans, customer success plans, workload RACIs, adoption outcomes, pipeline generation, and delivery quality.
- Provide technical oversight and escalation support for AI applications, agents, GitHub, app innovation, and app modernization engagements.
- Lead health, resiliency, sovereignty, security, capacity management, optimization, and service or model retirement activities for mission-critical workloads.
- Implement GitHub platform governance, DevSecOps automation, repository migrations, GitHub Actions, CodeQL, secret scanning, and dependency management.
- Act as the customer voice by communicating adoption issues, capacity constraints, product gaps, deployment blockers, and platform feedback to engineering teams.
- Deliver technical workshops, readiness activities, skilling, mentoring, and guidance for customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in AI, GitHub, agentic DevOps, cloud, application platforms, software development, systems administration, consulting, architecture, or related areas, or equivalent experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise administering GitHub Enterprise Cloud and GitHub Enterprise Server and implementing GitHub Advanced Security.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, CodeQL, secret scanning, Dependabot, security configurations, enterprise governance, APIs, automation, and large-scale repository migrations.
- Experience leading enterprise DevSecOps transformation efforts and customer-facing architecture, consulting, technical delivery, or production adoption engagements.
- U.S. citizenship is required and will be verified with a valid passport because of citizenship-based legal restrictions related to government customers.
- Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Preferred capabilities include expertise with Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Agent365, Microsoft IQs, GitHub Copilot, app platforms, containers, serverless, integration services, and supporting data workloads.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $106,400-$203,600 per year, with a San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area range of USD $137,600-$222,600 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for at least five days and accepts applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
- The role requires U.S. citizenship verification and a Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.
