Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of complex MuleSoft integration solutions on Anypoint Platform.
- Define API-led connectivity principles, best practices, integration roadmaps, and detailed technical designs.
- Develop integrations using Mule 3.x, Mule 4.x, DataWeave, and MUnit.
- Manage API design, API management, and Runtime Manager using RAML and OAS.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment solutions using Maven, Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Ensure API security, performance, and network requirements are met.
- Conduct code, solution, performance, and security reviews; mentor development teams.
- Apply HR-process knowledge and integrate with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors.
- Participate in project requirements meetings and solution design activities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of integration-development experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on MuleSoft experience.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 certification is required.
- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, Mule 3.x/4.x, DataWeave, MUnit, API design, and API management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Maven, Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of API security, performance, network infrastructure, and integration architecture.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and experience integrating HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 2 and/or MCIA certification is preferred.
- Java background and experience with Agile methodologies are preferred.
