Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with enterprise customers, CTOs, platform teams, and infrastructure leaders.
- Architect deployable solutions across Mirantis Container, OpenStack, and Enterprise AI offerings.
- Lead proof-of-concepts by deploying platforms, prototyping AI workloads, debugging live environments, and demonstrating operational readiness.
- Translate regulatory, operational, and organizational constraints into infrastructure architectures.
- Support discovery, technical evaluations, enterprise sales cycles, account expansion, and greenfield opportunities.
- Maintain technical continuity from discovery through proof-of-concept and expansion, particularly in regulated industries.
- Communicate technical value through demos, workshops, boardroom presentations, whiteboarding, and technical storytelling.
- Feed customer and field insights back into product and go-to-market teams.
- Represent technical expertise through conference talks, open-source contributions, technical writing, and demo-building.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of combined experience in infrastructure engineering and solutions architecture or sales engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting in France or other French-speaking European countries.
- Hands-on production experience designing or operating Kubernetes- and/or OpenStack-based systems.
- A proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles for infrastructure or cloud platforms.
- Experience managing accounts in regulated industries such as banking, financial services, telecom, government, pharma, or manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical evaluations that convert into signed deals.
- Hands-on ability to stand up clusters, run live demos, build proof-of-concepts, and debug customer-facing deployments.
- Knowledge of AI infrastructure concepts including GPU orchestration, inferencing, and model serving.
- Strong technical authority in regulated enterprise environments and the ability to engage platform and security stakeholders.
