Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales organization to execute prospective and expansion deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with sales representatives, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop knowledge of HubSpot products to propose effective technical solutions.
- Understand customer challenges and deliver technical value aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Participate in and direct presales, sales, and broader business projects.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, sales, or a similar role.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Polish are required.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders and working with external customers.
- Proficiency in an additional language, ideally Spanish or Arabic, is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate, receive actionable feedback, and pursue professional development.

- Annual cash compensation range of €73,850–€105,600 EUR, including base salary, eligible on-target commission, and annual bonus targets.
