Base Salary
$130k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for enterprise and high-value customers.
- Collaborate with customers on Sysdig deployments, architecture, and operational best practices.
- Lead Success Planning, Outcome Mapping, Customer Business Reviews, strategic touchpoints, and hands-on workshops.
- Identify optimization, expansion, innovation, and account-risk opportunities through health monitoring and technical diagnostics.
- Support renewal and expansion discussions by demonstrating customer value realization and usage growth.
- Advocate for customer requirements and partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services.
- Mentor junior CSMs and CSEs and contribute to process improvements and internal enablement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or strategic/technical consulting at a SaaS or cybersecurity company.
- Experience managing enterprise customer relationships and navigating complex organizations.
- Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting Kubernetes and container-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native applications, platforms, security, automation, and DevSecOps across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Experience with scripting, API integration, issue management, root cause analysis, and driving technical resolution.
- Ability to lead executive-level engagements and translate technical capabilities into business impact.
- One or more CKAD, CKA, or CKS certifications are sought; experience with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is valued.
- Cybersecurity or DevSecOps background and experience with Sysdig and/or Falco are strong pluses.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, consultative, customer-first, and collaborative skills.
