Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with enterprise customers, CTOs, platform teams, and infrastructure leaders.
- Architect deployable solutions using Mirantis Container, OpenStack, and Enterprise AI offerings across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Lead proofs of concept by deploying platforms, prototyping AI workloads, debugging live systems, and demonstrating operational readiness.
- Translate regulatory, operational, and organizational constraints into infrastructure architectures and clear technical narratives.
- Support technical evaluations and enterprise sales cycles through discovery, PoC, expansion, and greenfield opportunities.
- Manage technical continuity and trusted relationships in regulated industries.
- Feed customer and field insights into Mirantis product and go-to-market development.
Requirements
- 12 years of combined experience across infrastructure engineering and solutions architecture or sales engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting in France or other French-speaking countries in Europe.
- Hands-on experience designing or operating Kubernetes- and/or OpenStack-based systems in production.
- A proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles for infrastructure or cloud platforms.
- Experience managing accounts in regulated industries such as banking or financial services, telecom, government, pharma, or manufacturing is strongly preferred.
- Ability to deploy platforms, build proofs of concept, run technical demonstrations, and debug systems hands-on.
- Experience with AI infrastructure concepts including GPU orchestration, inferencing, and model serving is expected or strongly relevant.
