Responsibilities
- Own post-sales onboarding, data health, data quality improvements, and technology-stack integration for strategic and high-value clients.
- Consult with prospects and customers to define business goals, metrics, data architecture, and project outcomes.
- Lead technical onboarding and optimize Mixpanel deployments with customer engineering, product management, and marketing teams.
- Deliver data architecture consultations, adoption and change-management guidance, data governance, data optimization, and re-implementation services.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, scope, stakeholder coordination, and unexpected issues.
- Collaborate with technical and solutions partners on data optimization and onboarding projects.
- Sponsor internal engagements with Mixpanel product and engineering teams to prioritize customer-driven product and systems work.
- Build AI automations and advise customers on integrating agentic workflows with Mixpanel data.
Requirements
- Experience querying, modeling, and transforming data with at least one core tool such as SQL, dbt, Python, business intelligence tools, or product analytics tools.
- Familiarity with databases and cloud data warehouses such as Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, or Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with product analytics implementation methods including SDKs, customer data platforms, event streaming, and reverse ETL.
- Knowledge of analytics best practices across business segments and industry verticals.
- Ability to manage complex projects, stakeholder groups, scope, and timelines across teams and departments.
- Experience embedding AI into workflows, using MCP servers, building skills, setting context, and consulting on AI and data strategy.
- Experience in customer success, client-facing professional services, consulting, or technical project management.
- Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills, along with strong process or project delivery discipline.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs.
