Base Salary
$140k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and solution design for Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for Productivity Studio initiatives, including plans, risks, issues, dependencies, scope, timelines, and financial alignment.
- Drive proof-of-concepts, solution ideation, architecture evolution, and reusable accelerators.
- Enable agent-first and AI-native delivery models with enterprise intelligence, governance, and reusable frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into high-value use cases and define ROI, business value, and success metrics.
- Support pre-sales, deal shaping, client solutioning, and technical discussions with architects and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, onboarding support, and capability building for delivery teams.
Requirements
- Experience leading enterprise technical architecture and end-to-end solution delivery.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure architecture and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, Copilot frameworks, enterprise architecture, DevOps, and cloud-native solutions.
- Experience with client engagement, stakeholder management, pre-sales, and solution shaping.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate findings and recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, communication, and technical or industry thought-leadership capabilities.
- A Microsoft Global Black Belt qualification is preferred.
- Understanding and experience of AI in the modern workplace field is beneficial.
