Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship production-grade GenAI and agentic automation solutions from scoping and prototyping through deployment.
- Develop AI-powered automation, workflow orchestration, and client-facing tooling with product owners, business stakeholders, and architects.
- Define AI-forward architecture standards covering prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations.
- Participate in AI-focused code reviews evaluating software quality and use of AI development tools.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory compliance, risk management, internal control, and responsible AI standards.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with recent, demonstrable daily use of AI-native development tools.
- Daily working proficiency with Claude Code, Windsurf, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Hands-on backend service development experience in Python and/or Java.
- Hands-on LLM integration experience using OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent APIs.
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar agentic frameworks.
- Preferred experience designing RAG pipelines and working with Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
- Preferred understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC tooling, including Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
