Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform and its Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset Management, ITOM, and other modules.
- Write, document, review, and maintain server-side and client-side JavaScript, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, UI Actions, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Catalog Client Scripts, and Flow Designer actions.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware architectures, ETL, e-bonding, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Support administration of multiple ServiceNow instances, including access control, workflow automation, data management, integrations, system maintenance, upgrades, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain scoped applications while managing application scope isolation, cross-scope access, custom tables, platform licensing implications, and CSDM alignment.
- Gather requirements from business users, IT teams, system administrators, implementation partners, vendors, and stakeholders, then translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Conduct testing of enhancements, updates, and patches and support reliable production operations and quality assurance.
- Address security considerations and support ACLs, security properties, data classification, security hardening, and Health Scan remediation.
- Create technical documentation, integration runbooks, knowledge articles, configuration records, workflows, and provide training to users and administrators.
- Use ServiceNow Now Assist capabilities, including Build Agent, virtual agent design, predictive intelligence, case summarization, resolution recommendations, and knowledge article generation.
- Maintain ServiceNow certifications, monitor platform updates and industry trends, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer configuring and customizing the platform, particularly for ITSM, ITOM, and HAM.
- Bachelor’s degree or four-year degree.
- ServiceNow certification such as Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, or Certified Implementation Specialist in one or more modules.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow configuration, user management, access control, form design, workflow automation, scripting, business rules, UI policies, integrations, and reporting.
- Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP API development, and scoped application development.
- Understanding of CSDM and the platform licensing implications of custom tables.
- Familiarity with Now Assist, Build Agent, virtual agent design, predictive intelligence, and evaluating AI-generated output for quality and compliance.
- Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes, especially Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog; ITIL v4 certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, self-direction, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- ServiceNow product implementation experience and familiarity with Automated Test Framework are bonuses.
