Responsibilities
- Translate functional and business requirements into clear, estimable technical solutions and recommendations.
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules using platform best practices.
- Develop solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, CMDB, Employee Center, integrations, and custom applications.
- Design and implement integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Flow Designer, and third-party platforms.
- Write and maintain automated tests and ensure solution quality, security, performance, and compliance with development standards.
- Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, solution validations, and technical investigations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable long-term solutions.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, release management, and post-deployment validation.
- Contribute to CMDB, CSDM, Platform Analytics, AI, Virtual Agent, and automation initiatives.
- Create and maintain solution designs, integration specifications, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Mentor junior developers and promote development standards and knowledge sharing.
- Identify delivery risks, scope changes, technical debt, and operational challenges and communicate mitigation plans.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, automated testing, technical reviews, troubleshooting, and platform operations.
- Ability to collaborate with architects, business analysts, testers, product owners, and platform teams.
