Base Salary
$120k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical and strategic contact for assigned customers throughout their subscription term.
- Advise customers on data strategies, analytic maturity, integrations, and best practices using Alteryx solutions.
- Guide Centers of Excellence, scalable governance frameworks, and analytics modernization initiatives.
- Architect and guide complex deployments of Alteryx Designer, Server, AACP, and Intelligence Suite.
- Lead environment planning and upgrades while minimizing downtime and risk.
- Monitor customer usage, identify optimization and training opportunities, and deliver enablement plans and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and share technical knowledge across Alteryx and its customer ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, TAM, Consultant, or Presales Engineer.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise client relationships and leading analytics or BI deployments.
- Proven expertise with Alteryx Designer and Server; Alteryx Core Certification is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, RDBMS, Snowflake, Databricks, and related data platforms and database technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP; cloud certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Preferred experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, shell, Python, BI or dashboard development, data engineering, cloud and data architecture certifications, Salesforce, or Gainsight.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
